Welcome to Real3D Concepts! Before we get started on creating something amazing together, please review the following terms and conditions: 

Return/Refund Policy:

We want you to be thrilled with your 3D creations! However, due to the custom nature of our 3D Design and Printing services, we are unable to offer returns or refunds for the following:

• Digital 3D Models: Once a digital model has been delivered and downloaded, it is considered final and non-refundable.
• 3D Printed Objects: Since each print is made to order based on your specifications, we cannot accept returns on completed 3D printed products unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Products:

If your 3D Printed product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 (three) days of receiving your order. Please provide photos of the damage and a description of the issue. We will assess the situation and work closely with you to find a suitable solution, which may include a reprint depending on the circumstances.

Changes and Revisions:

We want to ensure your complete satisfaction! We offer a revision process during the design phase of your project. You will have the opportunity to provide feedback and request modifications to the 3D Model before the printing process begins. Please refer to our Project Agreement for details on the number of revisions included.

Payment Terms:

• To kick things off, we require a 50% deposit before we start designing. Don't worry, we'll keep you updated on the progress!
• Once your project is finished and ready to ship (or for you to download), we'll ask for the remaining 50%.

Intellectual Property:

• Real 3D Concepts, LLC retains the intellectual property rights to all 3D Designs, Prototypes, and Models.
